Motorized Self-centring Decoilers

Generously proportioned machines in quality steel, with moving parts rnounted on heavy duty ball or roller bearings. All these machines have four self-centring claws with power-driven expansion by means of the decoiler motor on models up to 1200 and with oleodynamic expansion on larger models.
The decoiling system on models up to 1200 Is driven by an easily regulated gear motor with overload clutch in an oil bath. Models from 2000 up have a gear motor with self-braking motor connected to the spindle shaft by means of a chain and are complete with an overload clutch.
On all models the loop Is managed by two timed sensor rollers which control uncoling of the strip.

All models have disk brakes with adjustable torque to meet the demands of the job.
