Generous proportioned machines built in quality steel and spheroid graphite cast iron, mounted on heavy duty ball or roller bearings.
The two series have different types of motorization; for RNA version three phase asynchronous with maximum speed 20m/min., and for the RNC version power ventilated d.c. with variable speed on continues operation from 0 to 35 m/min.
They are available with 9,11 and 15 tempered rectified steel rollers.
The 15 roller version has two large inlet and two larger outlet towing rollers and 11 straightening rollers. The four superposed rolls and all lower straightening rolls are driven by a gearbox in oiI bath and final transmission by homo kinetic joints. All the upper straightening rollers are fitted to a single unit and can be regulated by two flywheels one each side with penetration readings on precision dial gauges. The diameter of the rollers varies according to needs and four series are available: 25, 32, 40, 56. All rollers have counter rollers. The 9 and 11 roller version have two superimposed rollers for towing, the rest being straightening rollers. All the upper rollers are independent and can be regulated by flywheels situated on the two sides and connected by chains.
Each straightening roller has a gauge for penetration reading.
The diameter of the rollers varies according to needs and four series are available: 66, 76, 86, 96.
