Motorized Double Self-centering Decoilers

All models have a double self-centering coil support spindle with release positioning at 180° for alternate decoiling.
The machine are generously proportioned and built in quality steel, with moving parts on heavy duty ball roller bearing.
All models have for self centering claws with power-driver expansion by means of the decoiler motor on model up to 1200 and with Oleodynamic expansion on lagers model.The decoiling system on model up to 1200 is driving by an easily regulated gear motor with overload clutch in an oil bath. Models from 2000 up have a gear motor with self-braking motor connected to the spindle shaft by means of a chain and are complete with an overload clutch.
On all model the loop is managed by two timed sensor rollers which control uncoiling of the strip.

All models have for self centering claws with power-driver with means expansion on models up to 1200 and with Oleodynamic expansion on lagers model.
The Machines have disk brakes with adjustable torque to meet the demands of the job.
