Generously proportioned machines built in quality steel and spheroidal graphite cast iron, mounted on heavy duty bell or roller bearings. The floor to strip height of the base is adjustable to needs by means of threaded feet which can be locked to the floor and slotted brackets far fixing to the press bench. The ribs on the straightener-advancer head ore suitable for thick material, The machine has 4 superimposed large rollers and 7 smaller straightening rollers, all in special tempered, rectified steel. The 3 upper straightening rollers are adjustable by means of a gear motor controlled by up-down push buttons from the console, which also displays the readings far penetration. All the straightening rollers have counter rollers according to the thickness of the strip to be straightened. The four superposed rolls and all lower straightening rolls are driven by a gear box in oil bath and final transmission by homo kinetic joints. Motorisation by means of a Brushless A.C. motor The head is opened oleo dynamically to centre the pilots and height is adjustable with 200mm run.
Precision on advancement repetition is ± 0,1mm non-cumulative.
