According to the dispositions of Art.13 of the Leg. Dec. 30.6.2003 n. 196 – “Privacy code”, we inform that:
- the information at your disposal are related to the surfing data (not directly identified and treated only for statistical use) and to the personal data freely supplied by the users through filling in the contact forms in the site.
- the collected data are treated only by Iron srl, for its institutional and statistical purposes, and to be able to meet the needs of the users.
- Iron srl shall not spread the data in its possession to third parties.
- Iron srl has not and does not treat personal or judiciary data.
- the responsible of the treatment of the collected data is the legal representative of Iron srl.
according to Art. 7 of the privacy code, the data owner has the right to access to its personal data and can request, any time and for free:
- the confirmation of the existence or the absence of its personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in comprehensible form.
- The indication of the origin of the personal data, of the purposes and the modalities of their treatment.
- The update, the modification, that is, if the case, the integration of the data, and their adjustment or cancellation.
Moreover, the data owner has the right to oppose, totally or in part, for legitimate motivations, to the treatment of its personal data. |
